Easy to check in and check out. Great communication throughout the entire process. Our weekend in La Selva was exactly what we needed. Next staycation we'll be checking availabilities here first.

This was our first stay with them. Property was clean, views were amazing and the agency was quick and responsive to or questions. Already reserved our 2nd stay. Highly recommended.

Honestly we were not looking for a house to rent, as it may have been cheaper to get a hotel that may have had a pool, but with coronavirus I didn't feel comfortable around random people that may be sick (I know, that is probably paranoid, but I have a small child). So a private house seemed like a good option, and we are very happy with the decision. Still would have liked to have a pool, but didn't see one when I was browsing. Next time maybe I will call and see if there are some other options.

Second time using Kendall & Potter to book a vacation rental. Both times I had a fantastic trip to Santa Cruz and enjoyed the the houses we stayed at. Everything was clean and we happened to be very close to the beach, which was nice to be able to walk instead of drive.
