I founded Pinnacle Realty Services almost twenty-five years ago after a successful career as a property manager. Since then, our portfolio has grown to include many of the most beautiful, prestigious 55 and over adult communities, homeowner associations, condominium associations and small commercial properties, all the while continuing to maintain close, personal relationships with our clients, just as we did on day one in 1995.

Some homeowners think that because they pay assessments every month they should not have to pay for a resale package. They are of the opinion that it is a bunch of pages all put together that just sits and waits for us to "push the button" when they place their order. It is essential that management companies prepare these documents individually for each owner.
