Fore Property

The management of these properties do illegal landlord/tenant procedures. In Pittsburgh Ridge they do walk -thrus where intruders walk into your apartment without your permission. Sometimes it's 8 people forcing in 3 times a week. An email is sent to tenants saying the walk thru intruders will come anytime during a three day period. Of course some tenants didn't even see or receive the email, some were sleeping, on the toilet, working or not at home when the walk thru intruders came. Dogs and cameras have caught these intruders.

The apartment management does not call it an inspection but call it a walk thru so in some apartments the intruders open cabinets and in some the focus is the bedroom etc. The apartment managers don't tell you what they are inspecting or they lie and say they want to see your holiday decorations. Also disabled tenants have been trapped and had to be air lifted after days of broken elevators. Many Illegal practices at these Ridge and probably other Fore properties. Lawyers welcome.

Be very careful renting from this company they don't have any control over there management Beware of one of the properties Arbor Pointe I've witnessed the manger Kristy B set a resident up had her and her daughter jumped by other residents and made her move out just horrible This company should be ashamed of its self keeping a person as this one a part of their team I also know of many of past residents getting a Class Action Lawsuit against this company for this matter and others

Since I moved here it's been nothing but trouble Property manager doesn't do anything if you have a problem I had neighbors so loud it knocked pictures off my walls they said they sent notes to neighbors nothing changed I told them then the same neighbors were threatening me nothing 2 months later all my tiers were slashed still nothing come to find out they let a teenager that lives right across from them work in the office I seen him handing private residence files with social security numbers and other personal information, also sharing any complaints you have with the ones you complain on so unprofessional then 2 weeks ago I was alerted by the post office I had a package in the office they said it wasn't there come to find out it was there the whole time and a week later I go to pick up a different package and Rosa tells me O your other package came I forgot to send a letter I called postal investigators and everything you should have made it a priority to get me my package.

Watch out they lie steal and cheat you plus are so unprofessional you never know who they will let to have access to your private information. And the property owner is to good to return your calls. They should do a investigation on this property and shut it down or invest in compassionate employees this establishment is ridiculously ran by clowns.

This place is a fraud! They have poorly managed apartments. They also allow the management at their complexes to lie to customers. Applied for these apartments managed by Fore Property Company called Boulder Pointe Apartments last week. Was told we were approved on Saturday. Should of got our keys yesterday. But no got a call at 1pm yesterday saying we were denied. Claiming we were denied by their regional manager because I had not been at my job for at least a year.

That is kind of funny because our application stated I had been at my job for 7 months and that my previous job I was at for years! We payed them first months rent application fee pet deposit called to get our energy and gas started there we were so excited! We even had a approval letter! You know what is funny they could not keep the apartment number straight.

They kept saying we were moving into different apartments. We requested 1st floor they said they didn't have 1st we were like fine but we cant do any higher then second due to a special needs child. Then they try to give us the 3rd floor. I remind them that we need at least the second floor. They go oh ok and then the number switched like 3 more times after that.

During the application process they were super silly. They claimed that on my credit report that that IVY TECH COMMUNITY COLLEGE the school I went to in Indiana which has no housing whatsoever was listed as a HOUSING COMMUNITY on my credit report. I had to ask the school for a letter saying they are a school not a apartment complex. We should of walked away during the application process watched some disrespectful kids literally have to be forced to leave the office area because they were trying to see what a police officer who was in the manager's office was doing.

They had to be chased out of the office and told numerous times that they were NOT allowed in there. They were two of the most disrespectful kids I ever encountered. This place got our hopes up. We are dealing with a slumlord at our current rental we were excited to get away. We had movers lined up for today and everything had to be canceled due to them.
