Genny Soto and her team has been handling 13 of our units and doing a wonderful job. If you're looking for property management in the Portland Metro area, you're going to have a hard time finding a better value than TMG.

Years of disappointing management. Managers likely spread too thin but they do not answer questions in a timely manner, seem unfamiliar with the property and its maintenance needs, often need to be chased down to schedule needed maintenance. Questions often simply go unanswered, seems to be no tracking or follow through for enforcing HOA rules with renters and owners.
