I loved the apartment. It was the perfect place and I only moved out because I relocated to New York. At the time of the application, Salman was extremely accommodating and made it really easy during the process. I was even able to move 2 days before the day of the start of the lease. I only had to reach out to Sutro once concerning the heat and It got fixed right away.

Very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to work with them. We have submitted application and did not get a response, I called to check on status they told us. They did not process the application due to an ESA document they did not require on the application. So, we included and summited still no response. When we called they said there is another form we need to fill up. The file that they sent us was unofficial and there was a large "SAMPLE" text watermarked on it.
We responded the mail for the updated form, they did not respond. I have never been rejected from a background check and I have high paying job. It feels like they just delay the process and refused to run the background check on us, so we do not move in with our ESA pets.
